Blueline Contracting is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our Squamish team.

We build high performance custom homes in the Sea to Sky and have several exciting projects lined up for 2022. We are looking to add an experienced and detail oriented lead carpenter to our tight knit team.
The ideal candidate comes from a history of working on high end custom projects and brings extensive experience, a passion for the craft and attention to detail to the team.

• Min 15 years as a carpenter
• Min 10 years working on custom residential
• Previous experience as a lead carpenter on complex projects
• Forming, Framing, Cladding and Finishing experience is critical – you should be very experienced in these areas
• Ability to read plans and execute with accuracy
• Lead site construction operations and manage a small team of carpenters / apprentices

• previous supervision/lead roles
• shop / finishing work experience
• red seal
• first aid certs
