Adam provided very clear and consistent communication throughout the entire build. His project management process is both detail oriented (like, really detail oriented) and highly transparent which meant that we always knew EXACTLY where we were at in the build with respect to both costs and timelines. Any inputs we wanted to have into the build process were addressed immediately and integrated into overall project management plan in a way that allowed us to instantly understand how our desired changes would impact the overall project. In short, we always knew right where we were at
