About us
Award-Winning High Performance Builders
Blueline Contracting is committed to building homes with care, precision, and lasting quality. Whether creating a custom home or undertaking a major renovation, we approach every project with a focus on thoughtful construction, clear communication, and attention to detail at every stage of the process.
Initially starting our journey building high-performance homes in Whistler, Blueline now works throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor, with an expanding presence in Squamish. As Squamish continues to grow, we are excited to be part of a new wave of modern, high-performance homes being built within the community — homes designed to reflect both the surrounding landscape and the evolving way people want to live.
By taking on a select number of projects at a time, our team is able to stay closely connected to each build and the people behind it. Our experienced project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, and trade partners work collaboratively to deliver homes that are carefully executed and built to exceed expectations.
Transparency and collaboration are central to the way we work. Through our project management systems and client portal, homeowners have ongoing access to schedules, budgets, updates, and site progress, creating a building experience that feels open, informed, and organized from beginning to end.

Daily focus lies in integration with design and Architecture, solving technical construction challenges and ensuring all site operations are performing on schedule and budget. Starting in the construction industry at the age of 14, working his way up to carpenter and eventually general contractor; he brings a hands-on approach to building and management based on 30 years of experience on site. MJ Lucke
Office Manager
MJ has over 20 years experience working in small business management and administration. Her skills are diverse – she loves to obsessively nerd out on numbers, keep the staff organized and laughing, and always strives for positive vendor/trades relationships. She deals with bookkeeping, human resource operations, managing the office, and making sure there are always crackers here for when people get hangry. When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing in the woods or in the water with her two boys.

Frank
Human Resources / Bill Collection
Frank has over 4 years of experience in being a good boy. He excels at office stress management, scaring delivery people, tug of war and sleep. When not at work, Frank enjoys the outdoors, sticks, and relaxing in his pool after summer adventures.

Paul Griffiths
Senior Project & Operations Manager
With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Paul brings a broad combination of technical expertise, business leadership, and operational experience. A Red Seal Carpenter whose career has included business ownership, senior project leadership, and operations management, he has developed a practical understanding of every stage of the construction process. For clients, that experience means a build approached with confidence, careful planning, and a consistent focus on schedule, budget, quality, and communication. As Senior Project & Operations Manager, Paul plays a key role in project delivery and business operations, contributing to the planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination of projects from pre-construction through completion. He works closely with project managers, site staff, trades, consultants, and clients to help keep projects organized, coordinated, and moving forward. Paul believes strong projects are built by strong teams. He values clear communication, accountability, professionalism, and a collaborative approach that helps people do their best work while supporting colleagues, trade partners, consultants, and clients throughout the building process. A proud Squamish local, he and his family enjoy making the most of everything the Sea-to-Sky has to offer, from mountain biking and skiing to golfing and gardening.
